Terms & Conditions — ALTA Dance

1. About ALTA Dance

ALTA Dance is a trading name of Anastasiia Lysytsyna (sole trader), offering ballroom and Latin dance tuition, performance and event services across the United Kingdom.

2. Bookings & Payment

Group class bookings are charged per session at the posted drop-in rate. Private lessons, wedding packages and event bookings are quoted in advance. Payment is due before or at the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson. Group class drop-ins can be rebooked up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations with less notice may be forfeited at the teacher's discretion.

4. Packages

The 10-lesson wedding package is valid for six months from the first lesson. Unused lessons beyond that window are not refundable but may be extended by agreement.

5. Travel

Travel dance sessions and mobile lessons include travel within Staffordshire and Cheshire. A surcharge of £50 applies for venues beyond 30 miles from Stafford.

6. Health & Liability

Dance involves physical activity. Students must disclose any relevant injuries or conditions. ALTA Dance accepts no liability for injury resulting from undisclosed conditions or from activity taken against reasonable advice.

7. Photo & Video

With explicit consent (given at booking or via the wedding agreement form), photos or video from lessons and events may be used on ALTA Dance's website and social channels. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Children

Children under 16 must be signed in and collected by a responsible adult. Parents/guardians are welcome to watch lessons from the designated spectator area.

9. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving aggressively or inappropriately toward staff or other students.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
